These are hard-earned learnings from opening and operating many work clubs over the last decade. And while we have a full list of club rules, this sacred little list is for those non-negotiable things that most impact other members.

Clubs have rules. That’s care. And it’s how we look after ourselves, each other, and the spaces we’ve come to depend on.
Clubs are set apart, on purpose—a line drawn against the chaos outside. And that outside world is getting noisier, faster, more distracted. So we did something different. We’ve spent the last decade building this club. A place to reclaim focus. To work with intention. To be around people who give a damn. That’s what this is. And right now, it matters more than ever.
People have always built clubs. And the good ones don’t last by accident. They endure because people show up and protect them. This is ours—the world’s first neighborhood work club. Let’s defend it.
